It is the optimal harvest time to obtain a gourmet oil, as the fruit is at "veraison," meaning at its perfect point of ripeness. Cold extraction, through mechanical processes, ensures that the organoleptic properties of the oil remain intact.

On the palate, it has a sweet fruity flavor with a slightly pleasant final spiciness, typical of the Picual variety.

On the nose, our oil has an intense aroma of fresh fruit, freshly cut grass, and hints of tomato plant.

The original bottle is painted in carmine red and screen-printed, inspired by the traditional bullfighter's costume and the craftsmanship of the Andalusian region. The bottle is accompanied by a beautiful limited edition box, inspired by the tiles and flowers of Andalusian patios.
